Moderate/High Intensity | Open Level
Vinyasa means a specific sequence of breath-synchronized movements used to transition between sustained postures. This dynamic form of yoga focuses on flowing between postures while maintaining deep, rhythmic breathing, to help achieve strength, increase endurance, release tension, and create more flexibility in the entire body. All levels are welcome to join this fun, flowing class in which each person can work at their own pace, following the teacher’s verbal and hands-on guidance. Options are provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
Low Intensity | Open Level
A gentle class designed to help you relax deeply and heal the effects of physical and mental stresses. Renew yourself through a combination of nurturing physical postures, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. In this class you’ll be led through a gentle flow of movement before settling in to more deeply relaxing, passive postures supported by various combinations of pillows, blankets and more. This therapeutic class will soothe the body and quiet the mind though the activation of the parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system to create a deeply effective healing process within you.
Low/Moderate Intensity | Open Level
This slow-paced, vinyasa style class melts away stress and tension in your body as you flow through poses that cultivate focus, while increasing your strength and flexibility. This safe space allows students from beginners to advanced to deepen the breath, tap into inner strength, and become more aware of the relationship between the mind and body. Special attention is placed on foundational principles of postural alignment & skillful breathing. Great for beginners or those wanting to take it a slow and easy.
